We sell watch straps and related accessories. We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to photography and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or change products at any time.

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be authorised.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, with tracking included. Delivery is free for orders over £75.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

In addition, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the strap must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping is free: Reserve Market Ltd covers the cost of returns. Contact us at contact@reserve-market.com to arrange your return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.

Refunds cover the price of the products. Where applicable, original standard delivery charges are also refunded for cancellations made under your statutory right.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, please contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
